But perhaps, if my uncle, who lived to be eighty, did not smoke, he lived to ninety or even a hundred. And those who lived only thirty-five years old, with a bad heart, under the influence of nicotine have not held up to twenty-five.

Of course, from heart attacks and lung cancer suffer as those who smoke and those who have never touched a cigarette. You can smoke all my life and look great, but you can be a follower of a healthy lifestyle, but not be entirely healthy. It depends on the physical and psychological condition, the condition of the soul.

Everyone has their own body, as well as its own set of values.

If the cigarette is presented to you more valuable than a vague notion of how the health, and you feel perfectly despite the fact that the smoke, then your time of quitting just has not come yet.
