This energy diet is probably not a method of weight loss, but a system of proper nutrition and cleansing the body. A balanced diet menu contains the correct proportions of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and it ensures all the needs of the body in different vitamins and nutrients.
Energy-balanced diet is made on the principle of small meals every 3-4 hours. Because of this in the body to maintain the level of blood sugar and avoid the possibility of power ups and downs.
The human body gets enough liquid in the form of drinking water and carbonated juice. The priority in the diet are considered to be all sorts of proportions of fruit and vegetables.
Energy diet eliminates fried, greasy food, because it creates a feeling of lethargy and laziness.
Pick a good option for yourself every day or change your dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For breakfast, we recommend:
- A piece of corn bread, scrambled eggs with 2 low-fat cheese, fresh vegetables, boiled lean meat (such as chicken or veal), a glass of grapefruit juice;
- Fresh fruit, low-fat yogurt, a glass of orange fresh juice;
- Rice, oats, buckwheat porridge not fat milk with banana, a piece of corn bread and a glass of tomato juice.
Lunch is allowed to choose from the following options:
- A piece of cooked lean meat, salad of fresh vegetables several mandarins, a glass of skim milk;
- A sandwich of corn bread with low-calorie cheese paste, vegetable soup, a cup of low-fat milk or grapefruit juice;
- 200 grams of fresh tomatoes, bread, a piece of boiled chicken breast, orange, a glass of skim milk.
Dinner is recommended as follows:
- One potato, baked with cream, halibut fillet, 200 grams of steamed broccoli, fresh juice;
- 200 grams of vegetable salad, chicken breast, braised with vegetables and rice, fresh juice or milk, some fresh fruit;
- 200 grams of vegetable salad, steak, grilled, boiled spinach 200 grams of several fresh fruit, fresh juice or milk.
At lunch you can take:
200g low-fat yogurt, a banana, an apple, 50 g walnuts, 100 grams of dried fruit, an egg with a slice of corn bread, orange slices with low-fat cheese, cereal with skim milk or water.
We must not forget that making sure to:
Limit the use of alcohol instead of sugar and sweets you could allow yourself to honey and bitter chocolate, take vitamins, as often as possible to eat whole grains or seeds, drink a day at least 2 liters of fluid.
Since it is a system of proper nutrition, it is certainly not allowed to eat during a diet fried and fatty foods, crackers, chips, white bread.
Not allowed fizzy drinks, sauces, gravies, sugar, coffee or tea, alcoholic beverages.
