Do not despair if the first attempts at self-hypnosis will fail. Most often when learning self-hypnosis first 2 or 3 attempts end in failure because usually there is still no ability to concentrate on one thought only, excluding all others. The failure does not indicate a lack of intelligence.

On the contrary, at the intellectual development of the individual usually occur a few thoughts at the same time, there is their interpenetration. To focus on a single thought, exclusion of everything else, you need to master a new skill that requires persistence and practice. And if at first you fail, you have to try again.

If you are able to control the processes of thinking, you will be able to focus on a single thought; and as soon as you are able to do self-hypnosis you will be available. Thus, after the first phase when your eyes are closed, you will proceed to the third phase, and thought: "My eyelids firmly closed, I can not open my eyes, despite all the efforts."

The secret of success lies in the ability to concentrate on one thought only, excluding all others, imbued with it, believe in it.
