So I had to change tactics. I started just doing gymnastics in the morning for 30 minutes and a lot of walking. Walking is everything. In order not to be bored, and to remove the possibility of any excuses, I have got a dog.

Small wonder, my darling pug, has become for me not only a friend, but also a personal trainer in walking. My personal walk at least an hour in the morning and two hours in the evening. Plus, do not forget about the gym, which I do after a walk.

This exercise will suit anyone. Most importantly do not be lazy, you do it for yourself. The word gymnastics, I mean work on the problem areas of your body. For me, this area of ​​the abdomen and thighs.

The focus, therefore I'm doing at the press, which pumps a day and legs, then I help squats, both with and without weights, swings, etc. But this does not mean that I was limited to just these areas, it is necessary to knead the whole body and all its sites, just you pay attention to one thing, depending on your body.

12:30 - Lunch: potato / cereal + chicken / fish + tea
14:00 - cucumber / tomato / banana / apple
15:00 - a glass of water,
16:00 - steamed vegetables,
17:00 - tea or coffee,
18:00 - 19:00 - walk with her beloved pug,
19:30 - cottage cheese with sour cream / cheese cakes / salad + yogurt,
20:00 - cucumber / tomato / banana / apple
20:30 - a glass of water,
22:00 - a dream.

Products you can use any, depending on your tastes, of course, I think you understand that this should not be a cake divided into six or seven pieces and eaten in a day.

Watch, that you eat healthy foods, fruits and vegetables should be the foundation of your diet. And the result will not take long.

I stick to this regimen for 6 months, as a result, I lost 8 kilograms and height is 171 cm weigh 52 kg. I'm pleased with the result, my appearance did not just happy, I like myself.

As I remember, the first attempt to weight loss was still in school, I was 15 years old and scales every day showed 67 kg with height 170 cm. One noticed on the Internet popular buckwheat diet, I immediately embarked on its observance.

The result - minus 4 kg for 6 days, dizziness, fatigue, hair loss and brittle nails. I went back to the usual diet, my weight and took her, and even with a vengeance.

In 2012, I got married. All my observations of the weight and the time dinner ended, 18:00 arrow simply did not exist on the clock, and clothing size has become for me something insignificant, yet I just do not see a mark on the scale of 85 kg.

The realization that even a little bit, and I'm going to weigh 90 kg, became my nightmare. As the days passed, changing diets, alternating between a kefir, rice, apple, or the Kremlin. How would it not sound sad, but everyone thought my holiday ended with "tomorrow I sit on a diet."

This continued up until I started to feel pain in the joints and spine. Climb the stairs were impossible task, and at an accelerated pace walk my wheezing heard all around.

At this stage of my condition, I realized that enough is enough. The discovery was the fact that there is no magic way. There is no pill (I also tried them), or a miracle diet that changed a couple of weeks to wear down my body mentally and physically.

My head started changing when I realized that I was not so important, my weight as healthy. I want to buy youth, stamina and beauty. Diets were futile, periodic jogs ineffective due to the fact that after running, I reward myself with a piece of cake.

It needed something new and unknown. And here I discovered the right food! Especially for the occasion I bought a steamer, and began experimenting.

After two weeks of my observations, I noted that the face was much cleaner and lasting acne disappeared. Stomach began to work better and my metabolism is slowly recovering. After every seen plus cook for themselves became more interesting and exciting.

Internet has a lot of information on this subject, but I will share the basic principles of my specific case:

• Breakfast: complex carbohydrates and protein, fats, for example - without sugar oatmeal with nuts and 1-2 egg whites;
